Engineers and Technicians. The design facilities are
well equipped with the best-in-class 3D software tools
and suitable computer systems. The development facilities
comprise of fully equipped tool room with a combination
of conventional Tool Room machines and special purpose
CNC machines for in-house development of dies, moulds,
jigs, fixtures and SPM’s for product processing
and assembly etc.
Metrology
State-of-the art measuring instruments and equipment
for ensuring consistency in product quality, with
up-to-date calibration and well maintained traceability
data.
Injection Moulding
Uses efficient and high speed multi-cavity injection
moulds that are designed and developed in-house and
the plastic component production is carried out on
computer controlled injection moulding machines in
a controlled environment.
Assembly
Products assembled in Class 10,000 ‘Clean Rooms’,
comprising of semi-automatic jigs, fixtures, processing
machines and assembly machines. All critical processes
are followed by 100% testing, and some of them are
performed online.
Packaging
Products packaged in a Class 10,000 ‘Clean
Room’, on an Automatic Blister Packaging machine
consisting of an on-line printing attachment, for
online printing of product information and the product
traceability details on the Medical Grade Paper as
well as Tyvec lidding materials.
Sterilization
Products sterilized on Fully Automatic EO
Gas Sterilization equipment, with the processes validated
as per EN 550 and ISO 11135 International Standards.
Laboratory & Quality Assurance
Fully equipped in-house Laboratory for performing
all routine Quality tests that are necessary as per
International Guidelines, and also assisting in Quality
Assurance activities throughout the manufacturing
processes including process validations. The company
has an established Quality Systems Manual , Procedures,
Work Instructions in place complying with the requirements
of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, and Medical Devices
Directive 93/42/EEC Dated 14th June 1993. The facilities
have been audited and certified accordingly by Nemko
of Norway.
Marketing
Established domestic and export marketing
network consisting of exclusive distributors in major
territories, while new distributors are appointed
periodically for other territories. Distributors work
as our close associates in meeting customer requirements
